If Diablo IV has been sitting untouched on your drive, Lord of Hatred looks like the kind of expansion that could pull people back in fast. It's not just a new season with a few balance notes and a fresh ladder. What stands out most is how many changes aim at friction rather than spectacle. Less menu wrestling. More build freedom. Better routes into the content you actually want to play.
