What does it mean to be a good citizen?

Conduct a classroom's or conference's discussions on aspects of good citizenship, Such as: obeying rules and laws, helping other citizens, voting in elections, advicing someone not to endanger themselves or others and being responsible for your own actions and how they affect others. No one is born a good citizen.
